Fable Frame provides funnel design conversion systems and related digital services. All services are delivered based on the agreed scope defined before a project begins. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information timely feedback and required assets needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing information or feedback may impact timelines.

4. Payments

Payments must be made according to the terms agreed before project initiation. All fees are non refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Results Disclaimer

We design and implement conversion focused systems but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes leads or revenue. Results depend on multiple factors including offer quality traffic source and market conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment the final agreed deliverables will belong to the client unless otherwise stated. Fable Frame retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fable Frame shall not be liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will remain billable and payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
